We’re all over the place.

Maxwell Creative is connected across the globe and relishes the opportunity to put together just the right team of creatives for each project, grateful that technology has erased so many boundaries.

At Maxwell, we’re idealists who comfortably straddle dreaming and doing.

Our idealism is tethered to investigative research, imperative data, and relevant years of experience in the creative industries. But we always start with the idea that the sky is the limit.

Through Maxwell’s thoughtful process of brand exploration, intelligent inquisition, and innovative thinking, we build the armature of your budding brand, so you can take the tools and run with it.

At our core, we embrace our founder’s role as head cheerleader for creatives that, side note, started way back with her family of origin—she’s the oldest of six innovative individuals who are some of her favorite collaborators.

Working with Maxwell changed everything for me!

Meet Mallory MacDonald, the driving force at Maxwell!

Our creative director is known for her big ideas. She understands—and enjoys—all the deep work it takes to turn a concept into reality. Travel and curiosity took her across the pond to earn an M.A. in Cultural and Creative Industries from Kings College London. Her 15 years of collective experience as a creative extends from working with large companies to small startups, and everything in between.

Mallory’s skills and interests dovetail into a life where the boundary between work and personal is fuzzy (in a good way!). She attracts like-minded souls and so it’s no wonder she often becomes friends with her clients—even better when they share her love for a well-appointed hotel or fast car.

This grounded entrepreneur resides with her husband and their fluffy sheepdog, Sherman, on an island in the Pacific Northwest, always with a “to-explore” list in an ever-increasing note on her phone.

Mallory joyfully breathes crisp, creative clarity into every project. Part therapist and part miracle worker, Mallory listened holistically, synthesized, and recast our vision back to us better than we imagined. Through her genuine curiosity, Mallory found and refined our core cultural values and amplified those values to our customers and stakeholders with each asset she created.
